The Bill (Reg. No.5328) is aimed at the improvement of the state property use in the course of the association contracts conclusion.
In particular, it suggests amendments to the Economic Code of Ukraine pursuant to which, the state property objects of national importance and are not to be privatized are not included to the joint activity.
The amendments to the Civil Code implement that the state property that is transmitted into the joint activity, do not alter their property form.
The Bill suggests amendments to the Law "On Management of the State Property Objects" regarding the vesting the Cabinet of Ministers with authority to adopt the order of the association contracts and standard-term contracts on cooperation conclusion for the market participants of the state-owned economic assets.
